Tools needed: needlenose pliers, 1/8-inch wide chainnose, 1/4-inch wide chainnose and diagonal or flush wire cutters. Using the 1/8-inch and 1/4-inch pliers makes the design easier and faster as the plier width automatically measures the length for each bend in the wire.
The alternative is to use a tapered chainnose and mark them at 1/8" and 1/4".
